Emmanuel Ortiz

Emmanuel Ortiz is a licensed professional engineer with 17 years of experience in the power generation industry. During his career at General Electric’s Power Generation Services, he covered roles in field engineering, project management, company operations, sales, productivity, quality control and people management, until rising to the ranks of Quality Leader for the entire Latin American region. He is currently a Partner and General Manager at Three-O-Construction, S.E, a general contracting company serving the Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands markets. He is also a founding partner at Power Engineering Consultants, LLC, a company that provides technical advisory services to industrial customers in the power generation space. Emmanuel holds a Master’s of Engineering from Cornell University and is a member of the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico since 2001. He currently lives in Puerto Rico with his wife and three children.
